As early as you can for weekends and holidays. Halloween weekend is our busiest time of year. The booking calendar shows which dates are still open.
Delivery is priced by driving distance from our nearest base and never goes above $210. Enter your postal code for a quick estimate, then confirm your full address at checkout for the exact fee before you pay.
You choose when you book: the same night after midnight, or the next morning between 9 and 11 am, both free. Keeping the system an extra day is $99, or $149 for two extra days.
It uses water-based fog fluid, but fog can set off some smoke detectors. If your building has a sensitive alarm system, tell us in the booking notes and we will help you decide where it goes, or skip it.
Leave enough clear indoor space for the selected equipment, a screen where included, singers, and nearby power. If your space is tight, send us the room details or a photo before booking and we can help you choose the right package.
Outdoor events need a dry, covered location and a safe power source. Tell us about the setting before booking so we can confirm whether the setup is suitable.
Packages include the equipment, delivery and setup, not a host. When a host is offered as an extra, you will see it in the Extras step at checkout. Otherwise, ask us.
We deliver and set up in the window you choose. Keep a clear, dry setup area and accessible power available. We will contact you closer to a confirmed event to finalize delivery details.

More than 14 days before the rental date: refund less a 10% processing fee. Between 2 and 14 days: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours: non-refundable. Please provide cancellation notice in writing.
Checkout sends a booking request and authorizes your card. KaraokeBox reviews each request, and your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email with your booking number.
